RESPONSIBLE PARTY – THE OWNER OF ANY RESIDENTIAL UNIT WHICH IS SUBJECT TO THE INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS OF ORDINANCE 670, CHAPTER 11 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE 670, CHAPTER 11.
THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31ST OF THE YEAR IN WHICH THE INSPECTION IS REQUIRED.
UPON APPROVAL A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WILL BE ISSUED TO THE OWNER.
THERE WILL BE A FIVE DOLLAR ($5.00) CHARGE FOR EACH CERTIFICATE ISSUED UNLESS SUBMITTED BEFORE JULY 1ST OF THE YEAR IN WHICH THE INSPECTION IS REQUIRED.
