The City maintains a water distribution system providing an excellent quality filtered surface water to residents of Lock Haven and the surrounding areas at rates competitive with all other area systems. Current volume supplied is approximately 2 million gallons per day.
1. Water usage rates for minimum flow (0 - 49,999 gallons) are dependent upon the size of the water meter you have.
2. Currently, there is no charge for water taps unless a main or other lateral line must be extended, in which case the cost will be labor and materials.
3. A $20 fee will be assesed in the event a water meter must be shutoff and then turned back on in the case of no-payment.
4. A 1.5% interest rate will be charged to all overdue water bills.
