Shawn Lacy, Nashville recording artist and Lock Haven native, will be accompanied by his fellow band mates of The Shawn and Hobby Band . Shawn met the rest of his band members in Pittsburgh , PA in 2007. After creating a demo CD, gaining a large fan base and radio air time in Pittsburgh , the boys decided to move to Nashville , TN. Since arriving in Nashville in the summer of 2007, The Shawn and Hobby Band has made a name for themselves as a constant presence on Nashville ’s Broadway stages. The Shawn and Hobby Band currently has their original 10 song CD for sale online at itunes.com and cdbaby.com. Their sound has been compared to that of rock legends Tom Petty, The Guess Who, and Creedence Clearwater Revival.
